Renew+ Revive cares  about your health, and we would be honored to be a part of your weight-loss journey. 

Many of us struggle with our weight, and achieving a healthy BMI;  our number 1 goal at Renew + Revive is to keep you safe and medically supervised. See below some FAQs. 

• How to get started?  You may book online, directly for our website. Just click the “online booking” tab. 
• What requirements do you have? BMI of 30 and each patient must be medically screened by our APRN, prior to beginning the program. 
• Do you perform labs? Absolutely! You can have them done in our clinic or any LabCorp that may be in your area. 
• Where is your medication sourced from? Tennessee  and Florida. 
• Can I join your program, if I’m not from Arkansas? Unfortunately not at this time. We are currently only accepting patients from Arkansas. 
• Can I be seen via Telehealth for weight loss? Yes, as long as you’re a resident of Arkansas! 
• How often do I have to follow-up and order my medication? Every month you will meet with one of our nurses, and we will determine your dosing. After this we can place your order, and the medication will be delivered to you, directly from one of our pharmacies.
